How does Remote-Assist work?

Remote-Assist consists of 2 parts

Remote-Assist - downloaded and run on the client PC allowing it to be remotely controlled.
Remote-Control - downloaded (account number and admin password required to download) and run on the support PC to allow the support PC to remotely control the client PC.

Both the client PC and the support PC create encrypted connections to the Remote Assist Secure Server which acts as a "Common meeting point" and directs connections from the Support PC to the Client PC.
