Your web browser does not support Remote-Assist's remote control program

The latest versions of the following web browsers have been proven to work well with the Remote-Assist remote control program.

• Firefox
• Chrome
• Internet Explorer 10 - default browser in Windows 8

If you are unable to access one of these browsers we suggest you either download (21mb) and run our special version of firefox which doesn't require installation or download and install this special version of Firefox which is designed to be installed onto and run directly from a USB stick.
